 About Don Alosi...
 With nearly 20 years of human resources recruiting experience, Don Alosi delivers a unique, hands-on perspective to the Hartman Value Profile. Alosi has served as Manager of Employment and Senior Human Resources Consultant with BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee for the past 15 years, and was one of the first to apply the Hartman Value Profile in a corporate recruitment setting.
Alosi has utilized the Hartman Profile to screen candidates ranging from hourly task employees to physicians and nurses both nationally, and internationally. His expertise in evaluating the results of the Hartman Value Profile and enthusiasm in actively promoting its benefits led to a joint venture with Steve Byrum and Q2HR.
A native of Rhode Island, Alosi holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina. He is an Air Force veteran, serving a tour of duty in Vietnam. He is a past president of the Chattanooga Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and currently serves on the human resources advisory board for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
